I’m a loving mom and grandma who enjoys dancing, reading, playing games and spending summer time at the lake. Both the sand between my toes and the crackling of a warm campfire feels amazing to me!

I consider myself to be a leader of my own life! A woman who follows her heart, has the gift of gab and a love for people. Awakening to who I truly am is now my driving force for sharing, guiding and teaching others. It’s where I found my passion in writing and how and why my book came to be. I believe you can heal, grow and flourish at any age, as I’m an example of that myself!

My book comes from within my heart. It’s inspired by my own life experiences and the lessons, knowledge and wisdom that I’ve gained as a result of my own healing and growth through it all.
